Return & Refunds
Once you have sent your shopping bag, we are alerted that it is in the system and deal with it as soon as we can. When payment is received the item(s) will be sent to you by Royal mail sign for & next day delivery.
We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return, or to exchange the same item for a different color or size. We will give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and all we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

Please don’t forget to enclose your original receipt and the return form, which arrived with your order, in case you may need it.
NU will not be held liable for lost parcels or for the cost of returning/exchanging goods.
Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.
Once your return has been received, you will receive a full refund within 14 days. Please note that returns can take up to 14 days to reach us. At peak times the return process may take a little longer.
Exchanges and cancelling
You are only able to exchange or cancel an order before the order has been posted. Once an order has been posted, it must be returned at your own expense. Postage charges will only be refunded if the order is cancelled before it has been posted to you or if the order is not delivered during the time frame advised by us.
