Cancellation Instructions - Right to cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you set your order.

To exercise your right to cancellation you are required to inform us by mail or phone email: marylebonestore@nulondon.uk - 0203 9040335 that you have decided to cancel your order. You will duly observe your cancellation time limit if you dispatch your declaration before the applicable deadline runs out.

Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.

We accept unworn merchandise with the receipt and original tags attached within 14 days.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel your order we are required to promptly refund to you all amounts we have received from you (except delivery charges). We are required to make the refund not later than within fourteen days of the day when the notice of your cancellation of the order was received by. The refund will be made by the same payment method that you used in the original transaction except if expressly agreed with you otherwise. We are free; however, to defer the refund until the articles have been returned to us or until you have furnished proof that you have dispatched them to us, whichever is the earlier.

NU reserves the right to refuse orders, cancel any sale, and terminate accounts at the company's discretion.

You are required to promptly send the articles back or hand them over to us and to do so in any event not later than within fourteen days of the day when you advised us of the your cancellation.
The deadline is deemed observed if you dispatch the articles prior to the expiry of the fourteen days time limit.

You will not be liable for any loss in the articles’ value except where such loss is due to the fact that the articles were handled in a manner not required for examining their condition, properties or working order.

Payment with PayPal

Your Paypal invoice and delivery address must be identical, otherwise errors in booking will occur. If you require shipment to a different address than given, please contact us directly. We will send the goods to that address. Do not enter a different address into your PayPal account.

Go to PayPal´s Homepage www.paypal.com
Log in and go to "send money".
Enter the e-mail address of the payee: marylebonestore@nulondon.uk

Enter amount of money and pay

You do not have a PayPal account:
Go to www.paypal.com
Press under the button sign up now and enter all the requested data. If you would like to use a credit card, payment can be made immediately. Send the payment to the address of the payee marylebonestore@nulondon.uk enter amount of money and pay.

Shortly after, we will receive a message from PayPal, that we have an incoming payment from you and send out the goods to you promptly.

PayPal
After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will credit your PayPal account and the refund will show on your PayPal statement after 3 working days. PayPal payments funded by a credit or debit card will be refunded to that card, and for payments funded with both a card and another funding source, the card portion will be refunded to the card and the remainder to the PayPal account.

Payment by credit card

 

Payment by credit card is also possible. 

After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will ask your bank to process a refund. Card refunds can take up to 3 to 5 working days depending on your bank's processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.
