Return & Refunds
Once you have sent your shopping bag, we are alerted that it is in the system and deal with it as soon as we can. When payment is received the item(s) will be sent to you with sign for delivery.
We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return, or to exchange the same item for a different colour or size. We will give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and all we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

and please don’t forget to enclose the copy of your receipt with your order.
NU will not be held liable for lost parcels or for the cost of returning/exchanging goods.
Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.
Once your return has been received, you will receive a full refund within 14 days. Please note that returns can take up to 14 days to reach us. At peak times the return process may take a little longer.
Exchanges and cancelling
You are only able to exchange or cancel an order before the order has been posted. Once an order has been posted, it must be returned at your own expense. Postage charges will only be refunded if the order is cancelled before it has been posted to you or if the order is not delivered during the time frame advised by us.
RESTRICTIONS & TAXES for INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
All products are shipped from the United Kingdom and it is important to note that you may have to pay customs duties and taxes and that these local fees are not included in your NU invoice.
NU is unable to predict these charges and we recommend contacting your local importing office.
- Please be advised that customers in the EU may be subject to duties, taxes and other associated fees.
- We do not deliver to PO Box and MPS addresses
- All orders require a signature on delivery.
- If your order is returned to sender due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will be liable to pay the return shipping charges.
- No orders can be marked as gift
